AIMS
 ·    Establish clear roles and responsibilities for everyone in the partnership
 ·    Develop leading and innovative practice in response to the identified needs of the partnership, including appropriate training and support.
 ·    Identify success criteria for each initiative and establish a cycle of review and evaluation to measure improvement
